2. Scope of Services

The services offered through the Usta Jobs platform include:

• Viewing job listings and applying for job-seeking candidates.
• Creating staff requests and candidate evaluation for employers.
• Providing sectoral information and career tips.
• HR consulting and staffing services.

3. User Obligations

As platform users, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

• Accurate Information: All information you provide to the Platform must be accurate, current and complete.
• Legal Compliance: Acting in accordance with Belgian and European Union laws.
• Copyrights: Not copying and sharing the content on the Platform without permission.
• Harmful Behavior: Avoiding behaviors that could harm the Platform or disturb other users.

4. Terms for Job Seekers

Special terms for our job-seeking users:

• Our platform is completely free for job seekers.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the CV and information you provide in your applications.
• Professional behavior is expected in communication processes with employers.
• The confidentiality of your applications is essential, but they may be shared with employers.
• You must have a legal work permit.

5. Terms for Employers

Special terms for our employer users:

• Must provide accurate and up-to-date information in staff requests.
• Discriminatory expressions cannot be used in job postings.
• Must act in accordance with Belgian labor laws and working conditions.
• Candidates' personal data must be kept confidential and processed in accordance with the law.
• Service fees must be paid on time according to the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, design, code, etc.) belongs to Usta Jobs or is used under license. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited.

Users declare that they own the copyrights of the content they upload to the platform. Usta Jobs reserves the right to remove such content in case of legal obligations.

7. Limitations of Liability

Usta Jobs does not accept liability in the following situations:

• Accuracy and reliability of information provided by users.
• Disputes between job seekers and employers.
• Content of external links on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions or security breaches (even if reasonable measures have been taken).
• Force majeure (natural disaster, war, epidemic, etc.).

8. Pricing and Payment

Platform usage is free for job seekers. Service fees charged from employers are determined according to the agreement made between the parties. Payment terms are regulated by a separate contract for each service.

9. Changes to Terms

Usta Jobs reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective from the date they are published on the platform. Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept the changes.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to Belgian law. Belgian courts are authorized in disputes that may arise from these Terms.
